Dr. Olivier Toussaint: Chairman of the Board of Directors and co-founder. Dr. Olivier Toussaint is Senior Research Associate at the University of Namur. Author of more than 85 peer-reviewed publications on cellular ageing and related topics, transcriptomics, and proteomics.
Pr. Dr. José Remacle: Pr. Remacle is co-author of more than 150 peer-review articles in Biochemistry, Molecular & Cell Biology and Genomics. He is author of more than 90 patents in these fields. Pr. Remacle is Emeritus Pr. in Molecular & Cell Biology at the University of Namur (FUNDP).
Dr. Charles Van Wymeersch, Economist and Prof. at the Dpt of Business Administration at the University of Namur and at the Leuven School of Management, Belgium. Dr Van Wymeersch has been recently appointed as a member of Directors from KBC/CBC - Belgium.
Dr. Frédéric Luizi, R&D Manager at "Nanocyl SA" ; Dr. Frédéric Luizi holds a PhD in Biology from the University of Sterling, Scotland. He was researcher at the Faro university, Portugal, coordinator of European Projects, project Manager at BP-Norway and more recently Technology Transfer Manager at the Namur University, Belgium. He has actively taken part in the setting-up of the nanotechnology company, Nanocyl SA.
Dr. Christophe Van Huffel, "Technology Investment Group". Dr.Christophe van Huffel is former chief scientist at "Millenium Pharmaceuticals", USA, Development Director in a DNA array company, represents "Technology Investment Group is a venture capital company bringing specific expertise such as patenting activity, automation, laws, molecular and cellular biology, biotech development, public markets, etc.
Joël Demarteau is the founder of WOW company, a SME of 45 people specialized in robotic, automatization and special equipment for industry and laboratories. He is also the co-founder of several high-tech and bio spin-off and is administrator of several SME and technological workshops. Joël Demarteau is passioned by the innovation and creation.
Christian Vandecasserie has a Phd in biochemistry. After 15 years spent at the Université Libre De Bruxelles in the field of protein chemistry, he joined the pharmaceutical industry in 1989 where he was Manufacturing VP for GlaxoSmithKline Biologicals. He is now responsible for Aseptic Technologies SA.
