The template has been implemented by the web agengy Clef2web (Joomla expert) , Mr Fabrice Dantinne and the graphical chart has been taken care of by Mrs Véronique Geubelle, Webdesign, graphisme .
It has been designed with the CMS (Content Management System) , free open source software Joomla.
Most of the pictures were either developed by the advertising agency Expansion, or taken within the StratiCELL premises.
