Partenaire privilégié de l'industrie cosmétique, pharmaceutique et chimique, StratiCELL, société fondée début 2005, caractérise l'inocuité et l'efficacité dermo-cosmétique de différents actifs et produits au moyen de modèles et de tests in vitro et ce, dans un environnement BPL.
L'activité de StratiCELL est axée sur la production et la commercialisation d'épidermes reconstitués, destinés aux tests in vitro. Par ailleurs, StratiCELL preste de nombreux services qui permettent de caractériser les produits à usage cutané.
Gene Expression in the Skin
Based on its expertise and know-how in skin science, StratiCELL has developed proprietary TaqMan® arrays, for the identification of gene expression changes of principal targeted human genes involved in key skin biological processes. The technology is based on high-throughput quantitative Real-Time RT-PCR with fluorescent TaqMan probes.
