Gene Expression Analysis
As an official Service Provider for Applied Biosystems, StratiCELL offers integrated genomic services based on TaqMan array technology, including cell/tissue culture, RNA extraction, cDNA synthesis, RT-PCR and data analysis and interpretation, leading to the design of further functional tests.
With this technology, up to 384 genes can be analyzed and quantified simultaneously by Real-Time PCR.
This low- to medium- throughput system allows for 1-8 samples to be run in parallel against TaqMan® Gene Expression Assay targets that are pre-loaded into each well of the array. The TaqMan® Custom Array is fully customizable.
